Participants will learn the benefits of neurodiversity, why a culture where divergent thinking thrives can benefit teams and tips on how to support neurodivergent colleagues

Perfect for a Lunch and Learn

Neurodiversity Deep Dive

Perfect as a follow-up to Quick Dip (or they can be run together!)

One hour focus on a specific topic (eg, Neurodiversity for Managers, Communication and Collaboration). Choose from the menu of options listed

Participants will learn how to run neuro-inclusive meetings, how to avoid miscommunication, and how to remove bias

    By the end of the hour, participants will have

    • Understood what neurodiversity is

    • Understood how different ways of thinking can benefit teams

    • Have learnt practical ways that neurodiversity can be supported

    • Will feel more confident to talk about neurodiversity openly, without fear of making mistakes

    • Quick Dip is one hour

    • The session is informal, fun and interactive - which embeds learning better

    • All sessions can be either online or in person.

    • It works for between 15-150 people

    • They are interactive. Participants watch or choose to interact via their mobile phones or verbally

      You can book Quick Dip and Deep Dive together!

    • Deep Dive sessions are one hour

    • They are an ideal follow up to Quick Dip

    • They are fun, engaging and routed in science

    • They can be done online or in person

    • They work for between 15-150 people

    • Choose the topic that works for you, including:

    • Neurodiversity for Managers (perfect for mid level managers)

      By the end of the hour, participants will:

      Have a better understanding of neurodiversity and feel positive and energised about the benefits it can bring.

      Understand typical challenges at work and how to support them

      Have tools to build on neurodivergent strengths

      Be able to better avoid conflicts and misunderstandings

    • Communication and collaboration (great for the whole organisation)

      By the end of the hour, participants will:

      Understand, appreciate and see the teams benefits of different communication styles

      Avoid miscommunications

      Be able to run more effective meetings

      Be able to run brainstorming and ideation sessions more productively

    • Neurodiversity and Mental Health (works for the whole organisation, but particularly for anyone involved in wellbeing)

      By the end of the hour, participants will:

      Understand why autism, adhd etc and mental health are not the same thing

      But also understand that the link between neurodivergence and mental health

      Understand why issues like anxiety and depression are often different for neurodivergent people

      Have tools to support neurodivergent mental health better.

    • Inclusive Recruitment (great for anyone involved in hiring people)

      By the end of the hour participants will:

      Understand how to give neurodivergent candidates the best chance when hiring

      Understand typical areas of anxiety and how to address them

      Be able to start making their recruitment process more neuro-inclusive

      Understand how best to onboard and welcome neurodivergent employees

    • Innovation for neurodiverse teams |(for anyone looking to embed an innovative culture)

    Additionally, many neurodivergent people find them uplifting and affirming.

    They are also designed to be inclusive for different processing styles. Participants can take part and interact in a variety ways.

    To help participants prepare, I send out videos and written information beforehand and resources are sent out afterwards

    50% of the booking fee is payable on confirm the booking
